Oscar is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock.
Oscar and his wife, Doris (Eskridge) have two children, Stephanie and Sydnie. Oscar is a native of Carlisle, Arkansas and Doris is a native of Harrisburg, Arkansas. They are members of St. Mark Baptist Church, Little Rock, Arkansas where Oscar serves as a Deacon. Oscar and Doris are committed to core family values. They believe in taking part in community service projects and serving others.
